GDPR & Your Privacy Rights
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the UK, data protection law gives you specific rights over any personal data processed about you. DooDooVPN is built to need very little of it in the first place — no account, no sign-in, no activity logs — but the rights below still apply to whatever minimal data does exist.
What We Process, and Why
DooDooVPN does not collect your name, email, or account information, and does not log your browsing activity or connection history. The device data needed to establish a VPN connection is processed only for that purpose, on the legal basis of providing the service you opened the app to use.
Advertising and Consent
DooDooVPN shows non-personalized ads by default, which does not require tracking-based consent. Where the app requests advertising consent (for example under GDPR/UK rules), your choice is stored on-device and only affects whether ads are personalized — it never changes the no-logs behavior described in the Privacy Policy.
Access, Correction, and Deletion
Because there is no account or stored profile tied to you, there is typically nothing to export, correct, or delete beyond what's already described here. If you believe we hold data about you that this policy has not accounted for, contact us and we will investigate and respond.
Objection and Restriction
You can object to or request restriction of any processing at any time. For advertising specifically, you can withdraw ad consent at any point from the app's Settings screen, or by revoking the VPN's permissions from your device's system settings.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you believe your data protection rights have not been respected, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority, in addition to contacting us directly.
