These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of DooDooVPN. DooDooVPN does not require an account. In the free version of the iOS and Android apps, each VPN connection lasts up to 30 minutes. DooDooVPN Premium, an optional subscription, removes the time limit and adds Kid Safe Mode, Online Threat Shield and DNS Adblock. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Free Version

In the free version of the DooDooVPN mobile app, each VPN connection lasts up to 30 minutes and then disconnects automatically. You can reconnect at any time.

DooDooVPN Premium

DooDooVPN Premium is an auto-renewing weekly subscription sold through the App Store on iOS and Google Play on Android. The price is shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends if one was offered.

The subscription renews automatically every week at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current week. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals, and Premium stays active until the end of the week you have already paid for. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for how the app is used on your device.

Acceptable Use

You may use DooDooVPN only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the service to conduct or facilitate illegal activity.
  • Distribute malware, spam, abusive material, or harmful content.
  • Infringe intellectual property or other rights.
  • Attack, disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to systems.
  • Resell or misuse the service without written permission.

Service Availability

We work to provide a fast and reliable service, but availability is not guaranteed. Servers or features may be changed, suspended, or unavailable for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by disconnecting the VPN and deleting the app. We may suspend or restrict access to the service when these terms are violated, when required by law, or when necessary to protect users and infrastructure.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

App Store Downloads

If you downloaded DooDooVPN from Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
